Role Overview:
As a Lead Generator, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads for our IT managed services.
By utilizing your exceptional communication skills, you will establish relationships with prospects, understand their IT needs and pain points, and effectively articulate how the services can address their challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Engage with decisionmakers and key stakeholders, nurturing relationships and understanding their IT requirements.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT managed services, emphasizing how they can benefit potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of lead interactions and progress using CRM software.
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lead generation or a similar role, preferably within the IT industry or technology services sector.
- Solid understanding of IT managed services and familiarity with the challenges businesses face in managing their technology infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build relationships with potential clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify potential leads effectively.
- Selfmotivated, proactive, and driven to succeed in a fastpaced and targetoriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
