Overview of Role

Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems and processes. Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge. Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and product specification.

The incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end running of the factory.

He/she will be in charge of the factory's production and dispatch schedules and execution of a systematic plan and strategy for the factory to become more systematic and efficient.

The role will entail personnel staff management, ensuring that safety regulations and policies are implemented among the factory and assemble high quality VaultGroup products within set quality criteria


Responsibilities

  • Production planning (weekly)
  • Continual engagement with management on new products
- to ensure alignment of customer requirements

  • Execute and action production plan.
  • Achieving production targets.
  • Manage, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Enforce quality assurance procedures with the staff.
  • Staff management
  • OHS practices

Qualifications
Matric

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role

Logistics or Business qualifications advantageous


Education:


  • Diploma (required)

Experience:

- management: 3 years (required)
