Relaxing spa treatments, personalised game drives and unique bush dinners for 2 and formal dining on your private villa terrace, its difficult to decide how to spend your free-time.

We are in search of a SENIOR FRONT DESK ANCHOR / Guest Liaison to assist with welcoming guests, handling check-in procedures, checking all admin and food and beverage arrangements, assisting with serving meals & beverages, coordinating and arranging game drives, checking bookings and reservations, hosting of guests on outings and for certain meals, checking guests' personal laundry and housekeeping needs, and satisfying all front off admin and financial reports and records.

REQUIREMENTS:

Hotel Management Qualification with at least - 3 years' work experience in a 5-star lodge environment as a LODGE ANCHOR or similar position

Must be fully proficient in Computer Systems such as Opera, PanHospitality, Fidelio and Back of House Point of Sale Systems

An effective communicator with English or Afrikaans first language and German, Spanish or Dutch a HUGE advantage

Outgoing and friendly personality with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills

Attractive and presentable appearance with exceptional personal hygiene
