    Introduction

    At Twizza, we are a beverage company driven to connect with communities and exceed expectations. We're seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Queenstown.

    This role will drive sales revenue and value within your designated territory, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Execute sales plans to achieve sales quotas for territories, delivering expected sales, revenue, volume, and profit for existing and new products.

    • Implement effective sales strategies to secure revenue rand per case, ensuring timely reporting on promotional activities.
    • Evaluate customer value chains and optimize distribution processes within your territory.
    • Ensure proper administration and removal of returns/damages according to relevant policies.

    • Understand trade promo spend, distribution allowances, rebates, fuel usage, cell phone costs, and their implications on the monthly income statement for the region.

    • Influence decisions with Regional Sales Managers, Distributors, Channels, Key Customers, Service Providers, and Distribution Partners.

    • Identify opportunities beyond expectations, execute tasks efficiently, and establish personal development plans aligned with career aspirations.

    To excel in this role, you must demonstrate your ability to apply driving excellence, business focus, innovation, building partnerships, and effective communication in a work context.

    You should also be able to play to win, innovate, and be passionate about achieving results.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Commercial/Entrepreneurial Management or related field.
    • Three years of sales leadership experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in beverages.
    • Basic knowledge of field sales management, key accounts, and brand marketing.
    • A proven track record of executing successful territory plans.
    • Basic understanding of market intelligence tools, such as Nielsen/Ask'd reports and data.
    • Experience in the trade, including wholesale, on-premise, and OOH channels.
    • Strong enterprising potential to self-manage and work independently.

    Technical Skills:

    • Communication and presentation skills: Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
    • Negotiation skills: Negotiating favorable deals with customers and distributors.
    • Time management and organization skills: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
    • Problem-solving skills: Identifying and solving problems related to sales and customer service.
