Very busy restaurant in Cape Town Central is looking for a Restaurant Manager.- Provide full operational and some administrative support
- Extensive guest interaction with a handson approach to guest service and on the floor experience.
- Ability to Handle guests complaints and Staff disciplinary
- Managing and rostering staff
- Dissemination of delegated duties to HODs, head chef and staff
- Assist in Staff training
- Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Allrounder food and beverage knowledge.
- Willing to shifts
- Require having some knowledge of weddings, functions, small gettogethers and special events to correspond with guests for the initial inquiry.
- Stock management and Invoice processing
- Previous Experience in a similar dining environment
- Computer Literacy
- GAAP
- Preferably Own transport
