Qualification- Matric
- BSC / BA in Business Administration
- Engineering Degree beneficial
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as Production manager
- Exposure to renewable energy and solar will be an advantage
- Drive process optimization and cost saving initiatives
- Prepare and complete production plans and present and discuss with staff and management
- Organise, minitor and control staff and overtime.
- Problem solving
- Develop, evaluate and improve current manufacturing processes.
- Working with Fabrication supervisors
- Ensuring safety of all staff members
- Plan, and calculate amount of necessary resources for production.
- Supervise and review performance
- Manage workflow
- Various other responsibilities.
