Description

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration.

You will work closely with the directors to develop and implement strategies that promote the hotel's growth and profitability, while ensuring that guests receive the highest levels of service and comfort.


Requirements:

Previous experience as a Cluster GM with a strong background in Revenue, Marketing, and strategic business acumen
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Strong financial and analytical skills
Experience in luxury hospitality preferred


Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all hotel operations, including guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and quality throughout the hotel
Recruit, train, and develop team members to provide excellent service to guests
Manage budgets and financial targets, and ensure that all expenses are within budget
Establish and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, and partners in the community
Monitor and analyze hotel performance, and implement improvements as necessary
