Requirements

  • Grade 12
years Supervisory experience in a property maintenance environment. Building maintenance or estate maintenance.

  • Interacting with tenants, customers, contractors, service providers.
  • Attention to details.
  • Be able to coordinate own work Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Documents time and materials used on jobs.
  • Ability to maintain focus while working unsupervised.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Operate power driven machinery such as a drill, skill saw, grinder etc. to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Moves objects such as ladders, paint drums, stoves, refrigerators, coolers, furniture, etc.
  • Works at heights greater than ground level while repairing or maintaining building structures (example: roof/ gutter cleaning, painting, cleaning etc.)

Pay:
R15, R17,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
