    Description

    Your Purpose:

    To inspire people to live active lives, you will be responsible for completing maintenance plans and tasks while assisting with maintenance administration. The Maintenance Operator is hands-on in their position, ensuring that all work is completed to Regional standards and delivering exceptional service at all times.

    Your Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Work within all health & safety requirements.
      • Check job books, fitness checklists, and open/close MOD checklists for faults.
      • Complete tasks from RAP sheets of brand standards and within time constraints.
      • Attend to breakdowns/incidents as required and within turn-around times.
      • Receive instructions from daily meetings with Maintenance Technicians/Managers.
      • Carry out preventative maintenance and service plans.
      • Be hands-on in the repair of all equipment and premises (including outside of premises).
    • Ensure good general housekeeping.
    • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and tidiness in work areas.
    • Correctly store tools, consumables, and equipment.
    • Familiarize yourself with the OSH Act.
    • Seek advice if unsure about the correct usage/storage of any equipment/consumable related to health & safety.

    Assisting with Maintenance Administration:

    • Complete stock control.
      • Regularly monitor used consumables.
      • Report a need for replacement to management.
    • Assist with reports.
      • Complete pool logs.
      • Complete downtime reports.
      • Mark off completed tasks in job books.
      • Complete standard checklists for preventative maintenance.

    Our Minimum Requirements:

    • Matriculation certificate.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
