About The Role:

Amalgamated Passive House is looking for a professional with strong business acumen. This position will require you will be required to provide excellent customer service with our clients. This role will require you to do two services Customer Service and Collections. You will be required to assist between the two functions when required and will be monitored closely on performance.

The purpose of the Customer Service role will be to answer questions, resolve any emerging problems, and provide product / service information with accuracy and efficiency to our customers as needed.

The role is a critical part of company's frontline company support, ensuring customers' requests are actioned with a sense of urgency, care, and understanding.

The Customer Services Agent ensures that customer calls and concerns are properly considered, captured on the system, and resolved with the goal of creating an exceptional experience in an environment of shared team knowledge.

• Number of calls made

- productive hours,
- number of accounts worked,
- number of Right Party Contact (RPC's) and to ensure these PTPs are converted.

• Average PTP value.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
• A minimum of 6 months working experience in Collections
• A minimum of 1 year experience for Customer Service.
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literate
• Courier background is advantageous
• Understanding / working knowledge of a collections system is advantageous

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 08:00 to 16:30 (May include shift work till 6pm)

No public holidays

Training will be provided.

Preferably not too far from our business.

This is not a remote position.


Salary:
From R5,000.00 per month
