    Key Responsibilities

    • Clients Identification: Conduct research on potential clients' business needs and preferences to inform sales strategies.

    • Sales Strategy: Present and promote IT products/services using strategic pitches, negotiate contract terms, and communicate them to stakeholders.
    • Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and collaborate with sales executives to ensure next steps are taken.
    • Performance Monitoring: Achieve personal sales targets and outcomes within set schedules and provide feedback to the company on customer needs and interests.
    • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our IT solutions.
    • Deal Closure: Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications: A relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field.
    • Experience: 3 years plus of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets.
    • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic Knowledge: Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
    • Motivation: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
    • IT Experience: Experience in IT sales is preferred.
