    Description

    Job Summary: Analyze and optimize financial performance in a manufacturing environment, providing strategic insights to drive business growth and improvement.

    Job Description:

    • Cost Accounting: Analyze and monitor costs associated with production, including raw materials, labor, overheads, and other expenses to determine total product cost.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts, preparing projected financial statements and analyzing variances between actual and budgeted results.
    • Performance Measurement: Measure and analyze company performance in terms of financial and operational metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as gross margin and inventory turnover.
    • Decision Support: Provide financial information and analysis to support management decision-making, analyzing financial implications of different business decisions and providing recommendations.
    • Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, ensuring the company's financial systems and processes are robust and effective.
    • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction, working with other departments to implement changes and drive business growth.

    Job Requirements:

    • CIMA/Bcom Accounting Registration: CIMA/Bcom Accounting registration with CIMA is required.
    • Industry Experience: 5 years of experience in automotive or related manufacturing industries.
    • Management Accounting Experience: Previous experience in management accounting is essential.
    • Software Skills: Proficiency in JDE and MS Office, including Excel.
