Key duties, but not limited to:

• Make detailed notes on all systems applicable to the query.
• Escalating queries if not in the scope of your responsibility to handle
• Requesting of paidup letters and settlement balances
• Requesting balance updates from Creditors for Clients or other departments
• Updating balances and paid up letters.
• Requesting Debicheck mandates and following up on links sent
• Capturing of certificate of balances (COB)
• Capturing of acceptances
• Ensuring accurate and up to date client details are captured on the system with every client.
• Ensuring that all recent notes are read and request any outstanding documents from client, if noted that a previous request has been sent.
• Ensuring that the relevant department where an escalation was sent to follow up and provide client with feedback on a regular basis.
• Ensure to communicate back to a client where communication is requested.
• Requesting and capturing of updated COBs or Acceptance
• Assisting with inbound and outbound calls
• Follow the company rules and regulations and be an ambassador of the business.

Qualification

• Matric or equivalent
• Debt Counselling course

• Read/write/speak: English and Afrikaans additional languages will be an advantage.

• Able to work independently and within a group
