    Financial Controller

    Demanding Role as Financial Controller in E-commerce Environment

    About the Position

    A prominent e-commerce company seeks a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join their team. As a key member of the Group Finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, designing comprehensive reports, and providing analytical support.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Create and develop financial reports that drive business decisions
    • Analyse and optimize cost control measures to improve efficiency
    • Closely monitor capital expenditure to ensure effective resource allocation
    • Present monthly performance reports highlighting key trends and areas for improvement
    • Identify variances and propose actionable recommendations
    • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across departments
    • Play an active role in the annual budgeting process, ensuring accurate projections and forecasts

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • CIMA/CA (SA) certification or equivalent
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in e-commerce or retail
    • Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution centre environments is essential
    • E-commerce or retail industry knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory
