    Administrative Coordinator

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support the operations team. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the continuity of work operations, coordinate and analyze farm-related information, and provide general administrative support to management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in maintaining the continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating required actions to management
    • Coordinate, consolidate, and analyze farm-related information, including livestock numbers and inventory management
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders
    • Provide general administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and handling office correspondence
    • Maintain accurate record-keeping and filing systems to support efficient operations and regulatory compliance

    Requirements:

    • National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF level 4
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
    • Related tertiary education in administration or a relevant field (preferred)
    • Valid RSA driver's license with own transport
    • Non-smoker status
    • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
