POSITION STATUS: 2 Year FTC**
Purpose of the job
The role responsible for managing all operational functions within the Group operations.


Key Responsibility Areas

• Adhere to and enforce all the policies, procedures, rules and regulations of the company
• In collaboration with the Risk Department, conduct Risk Assessments, and Fire Risk Assessments
• Collaborate with various departments to continue having strong communication of needs and requirements
• Manage any issues which arise across departments
• Assess current process flows to ensure the smooth creation and implementation of policies while creating and/or improving current processes where there are gaps
• Ensure appropriate resources are available to all teams as needed
• Partner with the COO to develop effective company strategies and processes, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• To work closely with the Executive team to ensure that the strategic vision and operational ability is aligned to achieve overall business objectives as well as new business initiatives.
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing or a related field essential


Experience:

Proven experience in Operations management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a regional or multi-unit management capacity.
