    Description

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Recruiter at RecruitX. As a Junior Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside experienced recruiters while playing a crucial part in the recruitment process.

    You will assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and selection, as well as provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the recruitment team.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
    • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
    • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
    • Drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
    • Providing administrative support, such as managing emails, scheduling meetings, and preparing recruitment-related documents.

    Key Requirements

    • Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is preferred but not required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
