We are looking for retrievers to join our organization in the BPO sector.

The role of a medical record retriever is to contact medical facilities in North America and obtain medical records for insurance purposes.

Key Performances Areas:

To support the campaign's goals and objectives by retrieving medical records from medical facilities.
Ensuring that individual targets are achieved/exceeded while also contributing to overall team performance consistently, professionally, and ethically.
Using the company's inhouse technology platforms and systems to support the campaign's goals and objectives by initiating and closing the sales process referred to from the leads provided.
Ensuring duties are performed within the parameters set out within the SLA while adhering to the rules, regulations and policies as set out by the business (may be amended from time to time
Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
Capturing large amount of data in a timely manner

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
Minimum of call center or retail experience
No criminal record
Above average computer skills
Ability to Multi

- task

Ability to function in a night shift environment
Great command in the English language
Must be fluent in speaking Portuguese (Non negotiable)

We are based in Randburg, Cresta

Remuneration:
R5000

Night shift allowance & Transport allowance : 1200

There is commission and incentives over and above your Salary and night shift allowance.

Salary:
From R5,000.00 per month

Education:
