Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and storage systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Familiarity with security and compliance standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
