    PwC is looking for a Solution Design Lead to join our Cloud & Digital delivery team.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyse customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solution designs
    • Create detailed documentation including technical specifications and design guidelines
    • Oversee the implementation of solutions ensuring they meet quality standards and project timelines
    • Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance solution effectiveness
    • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for proposed solutions

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role you'll need:

    • 5-7 years experience in solution design architecture or a related field
    • Proven ability to design and implement complex technical solutions
    • Experience with software development methodologies and lifecycle
    • Experience in leading and managing technical teams
    • Strong technical proficiency in system architecture and cloud platforms e.g. AWS Azure GCP
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks
    • Knowledge of enterprise integration and technical documentation
    • Leadership skills to guide and mentor technical teams
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise integration

    Qualifications

    You'll have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
    • Master's degree in a related field (optional)
    • TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) certification
    • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certification
