    Your Mission: Go To Market Strategy for South Africa

    Your role is to design and execute an industry-specific Go To Market Strategy for South Africa, focusing on revenue growth. You will lead a sales team and possess leadership credentials to align your strategy across core UiPath GTM functions and ecosystem of partners.

    About Your Role at UiPath

    • Operate in harmony with our values: Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast.

    • Develop and execute a GTM strategy for South Africa to achieve sustainable sales growth, aligned with the company's growth objectives.

    • Execute growth strategy by managing a direct sales team, focusing on Strategic Account Development to deliver transformational customer impact in South Africa.

    • Communicate and align strategy across the UiPath Ecosystem of GSI's, Focus Partners, Technology, and Academic alliances to enhance customer impact through domain knowledge, innovation, and capacity.

    • Become the Industry evangelist in South Africa, representing UiPath's AI-driven Automation thought leadership through Industry events and PR opportunities.

    • Create a culture of high performance, focusing on measurable talent development, inclusion, wellbeing, fun, and representing UiPath values in every interaction with customers, partners, and colleagues.

    • Stay at the leading edge of innovation in AI/Automation to ensure UiPath provides thought leadership to address customers' mission-critical business challenges today and tomorrow.

    • Lead monthly & quarterly business review cadence with account sponsors to track progress on priorities and targets.

    • Establish reference accounts.

    What We're Looking For in You

    • Extensive experience building, managing, and coaching a high-performing enterprise sales team and creating a winning culture.

    • In-depth knowledge of business in South Africa, allowing you to represent UiPath within the industry.

    • Ability to define and execute industry Go To Market strategy.

    • Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

    • Experience working in a value-driven sales environment.

    • Proven success in providing executive sponsorship on strategic, complex, and competitive opportunities; immersed, customer-facing, and in a solution-oriented capacity.

    • Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.

    • The skill to build, manage, and nurture relationships at the senior executive level, both internally and externally.

    • Proven success in structuring and closing multi-million-dollar deals.

    • Willingness to travel.

    • Experience adopting rigorous sales methodologies ensuring accurate forecasting.

    • Fluent English.
