JOB PURPOSE (describe in one or two sentences the overall and unique purpose of the job)
- To develop original content and creative avenues for social media, to attract customers, promote the Clicks, TBS and GNC brands and maintain a strong online presence. You will have 4 direct reports.
JOB OBJECTIVES (describe the key responsibilities of the job, in order of importance)
- To use social media marketing tools to execute and maintain Clicks, TBS and GNC brand plan.
- To design and coordinate implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes
- Customer Experiences Implementation.
- To execute several aspects of digital marketing operations, such as planning digital marketing campaigns including supplier campaigns, creating concepts and contents, setting audiences and value propositions, and integrating digital channels.
- To contribute to the definition of the digital marketing strategy and plan by providing input regarding the implementation of initiatives.
- To conduct research and select relevant information to enable analysis of key themes and trends using primary data sources and business intelligence tools.
