Description

We have an opening at our high end Restaurant/Bar/Night Club in Cape Town CDB.

We are looking for a talented, warm and friendly Front of House Manageress/Manager.

Working hours to be confirmed: 55 hour week - 6 days (shift work - as there is a Nightclub, there will be some evenings where you will be required to act as hostess/host welcoming guests into the club.

Salary is R19k +- per month, negotiable depending on experience

Requirements:

4 years experience as Front of House Manager in a high end restaurant/bar
Must be able to work under pressure, and be on your feet for most of the shift (lots of up and down stairs between venues)
Strong reservations/ table seating experience
Must be able to manage staff compliment of 30+
Must have a warm, outgoing, friendly and welcoming personality
