Minimum requirements:

Our client based in manufacturing and distributing security sealing products require a Branch Manager for their Durban Offices

QUALIFICATIONS:

Matriculation certificate.

Sales qualification.

Business administration qualification (an advantage).

EXPERIENCE:

5 years in Internal Sales (industrial).

2-3 Years Branch management experience (from order to distribution).

Manage customer relationships /service excellence.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Internal sales and telesales.

Sales pipeline management and regular reporting.

Branch marketing in collaboration with Head Office.

Branch operations management, including order, track, receive, warehouse Branch shipments, and distribution.

Branch administration.

Customer service management in the region.

Accurate management of stock.

GENERAL:

Maintain and manage all credit notes.

Customer satisfaction.
