    **Project Management for Renewable Energy Construction**

    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the construction of renewable energy projects, particularly in PV, BESS, and CSP plants. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, PMP certification, and at least 5 years of experience managing construction projects on site.

    The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage integrated project teams, and support cross-divisional managers to achieve results within international quality standards. They must also possess sound knowledge of HSE, Construction principles, Project Planning, Document Control, Engineering, Economic Development, and Public Relations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and organize integrated project teams to ensure successful project completion within allotted deadlines and time frames.
    • Support cross-divisional managers to achieve results and meet deadlines while maintaining international quality standards.
    • Ensure compliance with HSE, Construction principles, Project Planning, Document Control, Engineering, Economic Development, and Public Relations standards.
    • Communicate effectively at all levels, draft informative reports, and provide timely updates on project progress.
    • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and ensure successful handover of projects.
    • Travel between locations, reside on site for extended periods, and maintain a valid driver's license, own car, and clear credit record.

    Requirements: A degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, PMP certification, and at least 5 years of experience managing construction projects on site, preferably in PV, BESS, and CSP plant projects.
