    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Merchandiser to join our team in Johannesburg, servicing the South area.

    The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, reside in JHB, and possess 2-3 years of experience as a Product Merchandiser within the Liquor Industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and acknowledge customers and consumers, counting and determining stock to be merchandised according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
    • Draw stock requirements and merchandise in accordance with SOP, checking vintage, product quality, and price tags.
    • Maintain shelves and back-up areas clean, tidy, and uncluttered, executing merchandising activities as per cycle brief.
    • Deliver customer satisfaction by managing customer communication and recording relevant metrics and competitor activities.
    • Advise Team Leader on identified opportunities and out-of-stocks, following through on personal quality and productivity standards.

    Data Management and Analysis

    • Record relevant metrics and competitor activities according to standard.

    Effective Human Capital Management and Development

    • Foster a culture of excellence, adhering to dress code and prioritizing competing demands.
    • Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and understanding of organizational needs.

    Effective Administration

    • Submit required documents on time, including Proof of Delivery, new account opening, and trading term agreement.
    • Manage company assets issued for business use, submitting expense reports on time.
