Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Sales and Marketing Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
- Experience within the FMCG / Retail industry
Responsibiities:
- Responsible for opening and closing Factory Mart on time
- Manage other Factory Mart staff
- Timeous ordering of sufficient stockholding for the Factory Mart
- Ensuring a neat and tidy operation with shelves fully always
- Proper stock rotation and addressing of slow moving / redundant stock with a sense of urgency
- Proper Merchandising displayAchievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales and GP targets as set by Management
- Identify and act on new business opportunities
- Provide a high level of customer care
- Provide solutions and add value to
- Initiate promotions
- Provide all admin related functions for the Factory mart keep
- Responsible for checking daily cashup and banking of proceeds
