    **Job Title:** General Manager Marketing

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager Marketing to join our team at Visita - Find Anything. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing market plans, managing marketing strategies and campaigns, leading a team, and driving sales on a daily basis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement market plans to achieve business objectives
    • Manage marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels
    • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives
    • Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in marketing management and team leadership
    • Strong understanding of market research principles and practices
    • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales growth
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Results-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

    Working Arrangements:

    This is a part-time remote role, requiring the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a virtual team.
