SALARY R R19 000 PER MONTH CTC

Min 2 years experience at a medium to large company
- Stable work history looking for someone that needs a career
Syspro experience preferred, alternate programs also considered.
Full creditors function, which includes, but not limited to:
- Matching creditors to order and delivery notes
- Posting of creditors invoices
- Resolving creditors queries
- Creditors recons
- Control and manage the GRN list
- Opening of creditors accounts after being vetted and confirmed
- The above includes creditors for 2 branches
- BBBEE Certificates:
- Obtain new certificates for new clients
- Keep BBBEE certificates up to date
- Submitting certificates to Head Office
- Filing of all creditors and related documentation
- Controlling of monthly accounts:
- First Auto
- Vodacom
- Tracker
- Municipalities
- Gas (Egoli Gas and Rentals)
- Any adhoc duty requests
