We are currently looking for someone with Job Grading experience for one of our clients for a short term project.

Responsibilities:


  • Must have experience with Paterson grading system
  • Must be able to determine the relative value of different jobs in an organisation and help assess individual jobs objectively and avoid discrimination or prejudice
  • Be able to work out a systematic method for assessing a wide range of jobs to make decisions
  • Being able to rationalise pay structures able to do thorough research to help examine and rationalise the pay and grading structures within the organisation
  • Must be able to have researchbased discussions with senior managers engage senior managers throughout the process
  • Be able to provide transparent, straightforward infrastructure on which to build pay structures, job roles and organisational design, and to map and explain career paths
  • Be able to provide comprehensive job evaluation services and job levelling design from initial research to implementation of the scheme
