Join our team in the breathtaking Kruger Park as a Creditors Clerk.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to our dynamic and supportive environment within a hotel setting.

This full-day position offers the opportunity to work in one of South Africa's most iconic locations while utilizing your expertise in managing creditors and ensuring financial accuracy.

Please note that this is a live-out position.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle the full creditors control function, including creating creditors accounts, capturing creditors documentation, and reconciling accounts with statements.
  • Prepare EFT requisitions and create payment batches on online banking platforms.
  • Accurately capture payments on accounting software once payments are released.
  • Perform general accounting and office duties as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Manager to meet deadlines and achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Grade 12 (Standard 10) qualification.
  • Post Matric qualification in accounting or accounting software (e.g., N6, etc.).
  • Excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; fully bilingual.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (QSA) and other relevant tools is advantageous.
  • Good overall understanding of accounting principles and VAT regulations.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar position.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
