    Description

    Job Description:

    The purpose of this position is to focus on long-term relationships with end-users in the Public sector and provide clinical and product training relating to Pressure Injury Prevention and Therapeutic Mattress product training.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Daily ward rounds in Public Facilities to identify areas where training is required
    • Coordinating and providing product training to all end-users, covering all shifts formally and on-the-spot
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
    • Liaising with Hospital Clinical Engineering and maintenance teams to resolve repair challenges
    • Effective territory coverage
    • Compiling an install base of all therapeutic mattresses
    • Collaborating with Service teams on handling repairs
    • Conducting Pressure Injury Assessments in hospitals

    The candidate must be able to work outside office hours when required. Documentation of hospital databases and install bases of therapeutic mattresses are also essential.

    Requirements:

    • BSc Degree or Nursing qualification is preferred
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical healthcare environment
    • Clinical practitioner in the field of nursing or similar
    • Prior training experience is advantageous
    • Strong clinical knowledge
    • Basic computer literacy skills in MS Excel and Outlook
    • Valid driver's license (Code 08/EB) and own transport
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Customer Service Orientation
    • Fluency in African languages is an advantage
