Associate Demand Generation Manager Job Description
Role overview:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our lead generation partners to align on the overall growth marketing and/or demand generation strategy to bring in qualified leads and increased overall close rate.
- Create a system for testing and evaluating the success of our lead generation partners and build out additional reliable and predictable lead generation channels and testing out new partners to provide a steady stream of leads.
- Support our business development director through creating a streamlined process that will help maintain and nurture lead referral partnerships.
- Conduct marketing attribution analysis that will help connect marketing efforts to company's ROI and CLV.
- Provide a regular (weekly or biweekly) CRM performance metrics and conversion status reporting to sales and marketing leadership.
- Utilize HubSpot and CRM tools to determine the best way to follow up with potential clients that will drive conversion, and take advantage of these tools to enhance marketing automation reach and impact.
Requirements:
- Must speak fluent English
- Proactive selfstarter with the ability to work independently, demonstrating resourcefulness and strong project management capabilities
- Experience with implementing and measuring B2B growth marketing and/or B2B demand generation campaigns
- Exemplary analytical skills to identify measurable success metrics such as cost per client, cost per form submitted etc.
- Creative skills to define a roadmap of growth marketing and/or demand generation strategies to test
- Strong organizational skill that demonstrates ability to effectively prioritize and multitask on a daily basis
- Have toplevel awareness to oversee all campaigns and be able to pinpoint and provide solutions to overcome challenges
- Excellent communication skills that showcase effective interpersonal abilities to build lasting relationships and manage partnerships
- Ability to interface with all levels of management, clients, and peers
- Expertise in HubSpot and CRM tools is an advantage
KPI:
- Increased number of qualified leads
- Optimized tracking and analysis of key metrics (i.e. cost intro call, cost per closed client), and reporting system
Rate offer:
- $2,500 per month $3,000 net per month
Hours:
- Fulltime work, 100% remote work
- 40 hours per week
Salary:
R45, R63,651.21 per month
