    Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Operations team in the Western Cape.

    Key Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
    • Franchise experience is desirable
    • Ability to work standard industry hours at multiple locations
    • Passion for training and development
    • Valid South African driver's license
    • Able to commute using personal vehicle
    • Previous experience with new outlet openings

    Essential Skills:

    • Strong understanding of costings and POS systems (Pilot or similar)
    • Proficient in computer software
    • Familiarity with front-of-house and back-of-house procedures
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    The successful candidate will undergo a shortlisting process and may be required to complete a skills assessment test.
