INSURANCE ADMIN ASSISTANT
R 20,000 pm
Killarney, Johannesburg
Small insurance brokers require an experienced person to handle following duties:
Preparing, completing and submitting of all Compliance documents.
Upload client financial information onto the software systems, and prepare scenarios to be
used by financial planners in the preparation of written Records of Advice.
Assist in managing the client review process for advisors.
Handling all queries related to client queries.
Preparation of meeting packs of all risk products offered.
General office management duties or administrative tasks.
Update and timeline management for client reviews.
Participation and completion of assigned projects.
Adhere to all compliance in terms of FICA and FAIS regulations.
Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Using google forms to keep track of progress
Salary:
Up to R20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Insurance admin: 2 years (required)
