    Description

    Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in payroll management and HR administration? We're seeking a skilled Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team at Pro Tem Recruitment.

    About the Role

    This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in Sage VIP Professional, Excel, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling claims, leave, advances, and living out allowances. Additionally, proficiency in employment contracts, timesheet-based contract payroll, and contractor invoice processing will be advantageous.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process payroll for a minimum of 50 employees per month (ideally 100)
    • Handle contractor invoices and staffing service provider payments
    • Manage employee benefits, including medical aid, provident fund, group life cover, funeral benefit, and income protection

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you'll need:

    • MATRIC and relevant post-matric certificate or qualifications
    • At least 2 years of experience in payroll management and HR administration
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
