We have an exciting opportunity for an experience HR Business Partner at our Durban offices. You will be managing the end-to-end HR function, with exposure to all the HR frameworks. You will play an integral part of our people strategic goals and objectives.

  • Learning and Development Pathways
  • Reward and Recognition
  • Succession and Retention
  • Daily management of attrition and absenteeism
  • Talent Management, including management of the recruitment cycle.

YOU WILL NEED

  • 35 years HR generalist experience
  • Experience in the Contact Centre environment
  • Good networking and relationship building
  • To collaborate with multiple departments to drive strategic objectives.
  • Sound Judgement and able to manage conflict situations.
  • High energy to keep up with a fastpaced contact centre
  • Understanding of a target driven operations department
  • A Degree or Diploma in HRM

Market related competitive salary, and goal driven incentives.

Salary:
R1.00 - R2.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
