- Data Collection & Extraction
- Gather data from various internal and external sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and web applications.
- Assist in automating data extraction processes to improve efficiency.

- Clean and preprocess raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies, missing values, and outliers.
- Data Analysis
- Conduct basic statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Use tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R to analyze data sets and generate reports.
- Reporting & Visualization
- Create and maintain dashboards, charts, and other visual representations of data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Prepare and present reports to senior analysts and other stakeholders.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with senior analysts, data engineers, and other departments to understand data needs and provide support.
- Participate in meetings to discuss findings and recommend actionable insights.
- Documentation
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation of data processes, methodologies, and analyses.
- Contribute to the development of data standards and best practices.
- Maturity is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internships in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
- 2+ Years experience in internal sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Python, R, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Valid driver's license and own transport essential.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with large data sets.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
