beBee Professionals is seeking a Corporate Restructuring Advisor to join our team in Benoni. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to clients on corporate restructuring and insolvency matters.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency.
The candidate should also have a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The Corporate Restructuring Advisor will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to clients on corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, including the development of restructuring plans, the negotiation of debt restructuring agreements, and the management of insolvency proceedings.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing advice on the legal and regulatory aspects of corporate restructuring and insolvency, as well as the development of strategies to maximize value for clients.
