    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa.

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while working on site. Your passion for helping others will shine through as you answer incoming communications from customers, conduct research to provide answers, and find resolutions for their issues.

    Your Qualifications

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • 6 months or more of customer service experience
    • A high school diploma or equivalent
    • The ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
    • Computer experience
