Promotions and Events Manager

A key role at our Resort is that of the Promotions and Events Manager. This position involves planning, managing and executing promotional activities and events across various areas of the Resort, in line with company standards.

Job Purpose:

The primary objective of this role is to successfully target relevant markets, deliver exceptional revenue results and create an engaging atmosphere for Resort guests.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement promotional strategies, including competitions and activations, to drive business growth and increase footfall on the complex.
Plan and execute a financially viable entertainment calendar aimed at specific target markets, focusing on effective conversion strategies to boost gaming and other revenue streams.
Manage the Winners Circle Rewards Programme, including creating awareness, developing promotional strategies, hosting events and forming local partnerships.
Champion corporate social responsibility initiatives and public relations efforts, including social media engagement.
