    Description

    Job Summary:

    The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our procurement processes. This includes creating and distributing purchase orders, capturing customer information, and maintaining accurate records.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and distribute purchase orders from delivery notes
    • Capture customer information and distribute reports
    • Capture and print staff sales
    • Gather information and document retrieval of vendor packs for the Financial Manager
    • Capture sales orders to process to Accounts Receivable invoices
    • Monitor stock levels for invoices
    • Perform general administrative tasks as required
    • Provide backup support for the Receptionist and Sales Administrators as needed

    Requirements:

    • Excellent Excel skills
    • Tertiary qualification and SAP experience an advantage
