Contribute as a member of the HR management team to the development of an overall HR strategyContribute to developing and implementing a talent & staff retention strategy in relation to total reward that supports the achievement of the overall HR strategy and objectives
Develop and implement a Total Reward Strategy
Develop and maintain total reward processes with remuneration practices
Identify, develop and implement the remuneration system
oversee the management of job evaluation processes in compliance with organisation policies and procedures
Oversee job evaluated process and standardization
Oversee monthly and annual reporting
Train and develop divisional staff
Initiate and manage Renumeration and Rewards Projects
MUST HAVE a Honours Degree and atleast 8 years experience
