Our company is currently looking for a professional operations manager to oversee and facilitate our day to day business activities.

• Ensure that all business operations are carried out efficiently, appropriately and in a costeffective way.
• Maintain a positive and healthy relationship with all our business stakeholders.
• Establish relationships with new partners to ensure sustainability and consistency of the organization
• Ensure all processes the business engages on remain legally and compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Recruit, train and supervise staff to ensure efficient operations
• Formulate process to ensure customer satisfaction and improve customer service

• 3 to 4 years of experience in the Insurance Industry or Financial Services Industry in managerial role
• Bachelors Degree in commerce or related
• Must have successfully passed RE1 and RE5 exams
• Excellent communication skills

• Johannesburg South, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
