The opportunity

Your key responsibilities


With the Mobility Tax team, you'll join a talented group of professionals that provide individual tax planning, advisory services and technical SARS dispute correspondence.

Advice on tax implications related to the mobility of employees as well as corporate and employment tax planning.


Our key capabilities include:
Payroll & Mobility Tax Compliance, Income Tax Advisory & calculations, Cross-Border Share based incentive schemes & expatriate compensation. Specialised advice in remuneration policy and reward strategies.

  • Successful delivery of Mobility (Expatriate)

Tax projects:
technical excellence and practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges

  • Generate revenue through identifying followon engagement opportunities and developing lasting relationships with clients; identify potential risks and opportunities to improve processes and acquire new business; contribute to business development and client pursuit activities
  • Family Trust technical advisory skills to grow this business.
  • Develop understanding of expatriate tax issues, trends, and maintaining your reputation as an authoritative professional.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing junior resources.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's degree in related field; Higher Diploma in Tax or Honours in Taxation
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in expatriate tax: Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy or inhouse role with exposure to largescale projects
  • An understanding of local and International tax laws
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to confidently communicate with colleagues and clients.
  • Analytical approach to tax; ability to convert complex data into meaningful strategic insights

  • Deep technical skills in the area of employees' and expatriate taxes, have energy, enthusiasm and drive to grow their career and become a future leader of our business.
