    Your Role:

    1. Create comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and procedures to ensure thorough evaluation.
    2. Refine test plans with meticulous attention to detail and complete them efficiently.
    3. Implement tests seamlessly across all test cycles without disruptions.
    4. Document test plans, scenarios, and uncovered bugs clearly and systematically for future reference.
    5. Conduct end-to-end testing to guarantee system integrity and stability.
    6. Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams consisting of business analysts, testers, and analysts.
    7. Serve as a liaison between testers and developers by reporting bugs, tracking defects, and facilitating issue resolution in a timely manner.
    8. Design automated test scenarios to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    9. Review and fine-tune test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage and accuracy.
    10. Deliver insightful test evaluation reports to drive continuous improvement and progress.
    11. Maintain agility by staying updated on new requirements and adapting testing strategies accordingly.

    Your Qualifications:

    1. A relevant tertiary degree or equivalent work experience.
    2. ISTQB certification is an asset.
    3. 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
    4. Industry experience in Individual Insurance is mandatory.
    5. The ability to understand business and functional requirements effectively.
