    Job Title: Product Manager - Level 2 - Lenovo Department

    We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our product/brand strategy in the market place, while achieving objectives set by both our vendor and company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales team to grow vendor revenue in existing install base accounts and new accounts through focused marketing strategies, campaigns, and end-user enablement.
    • Ensure sales team represents the interests of all focused partners within each respective partner.
    • Provide accurate and regular sales forecasts and business updates to management and vendors.
    • Collaborate with sales team to drive sales opportunities proactively.
    • Engage in strategic and tactical business planning with key partners.
      • Understand partner sales process and develop sales and marketing strategy.
      • Develop sales tools for partner sales and Technical Sales Specialists.
      • Design sales and marketing strategy to mine existing customer base.
      • Identify key new accounts and design sales approach.
      • Assist partner with broad-based marketing and customer reference sites.
      • Create high-impact marketing programs and initiatives within partners.
      • Design partner enablement plans to ensure skilled resources.
      • Develop enable programs for partners.
      • Apply best practices for opportunity management, account planning, and forecasting.

      Requirements:

      Education & Experience:

      • Matric certificate with exemption.
      • 2 years sales experience in IT industry, preferably in IT distribution and large corporate customers.
      • Account management experience.

      Technical Competencies:

      • MS Office Suite (Intermediate).
