Job description
Responsibilities include:
- Possible direct business development, assisting with some new client outreach and prospecting.
- Responsible for various facets of an engagement, from creating proposals, presentations, and Statements of Work, coordinate sales administration tasks pertaining to proposal development.
- Facilitating and participating in discussions with key resources to develop casespecific required proposals
- Contribute to the creation of new content, and designs
- Assist sales team with marketing and advertising campaigns, social media support
- Manage sales enablement content such as scripts, decks, templates, etc.
- Perform other administrative sales duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills:
- Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to manage small and large proposal processes with multiple contributors
- Experience working collaboratively with a team environment
- Strong entry level design skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Especially powerpoint), Google platform, Adobe photoshop/ Illustrator, Canva and other online collaboration tools
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
