    Job Summary

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the end-to-end deal-making process, from initial engagement to negotiation and closing.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to structure deals that align with company objectives and client needs.
    • Presentation of tailored solutions to C-suite executives, showcasing the value of our FinTech products and services.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and develop new leads.
    • Provide feedback to product and management teams to align offerings with market demand.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in business development, deal-making, or sales within the FinTech or technology sector.
    • Strong network and understanding of the FinTech landscape, including market trends and competitive dynamics.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with a customer-focused approach and a knack for identifying win-win opportunities.
    • High energy, self-motivation, and resilience in achieving targets and closing deals.
    • A background in finance, technology, or business-related fields is advantageous.
