    Armed Response Officer Job in Gauteng, Johannesburg

    We are seeking an experienced Armed Response Officer to join our team in the Johannesburg area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security and be able to provide top-notch protection services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide armed response services to clients in the Johannesburg area
    • Maintain high levels of physical fitness and be able to respond quickly to emergency situations
    • Work effectively with other members of the security team to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Conduct regular patrols and checks on client premises to identify potential security threats
    • Respond to alarms and incidents in a professional and timely manner

    Requirements:

    • Matric certificate
    • Grade B PSIRA accreditation and registration with Response
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in the security industry
    • No criminal record
    • Willingness to undergo regular criminal checks
    • Computer literacy (an advantage)
    • Estate/residential security experience (essential)
    • Able to reside within traveling distance to the site in Soweto
    • Firearm competency – Handgun for Business Purposes
    • Valid driver's license

    Salary Information:

    R175,000 - R200,000 per annum, depending on experience
